About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.
Your primary focus will be on achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.
* You will contribute to driving sales promotions and referral campaigns.
* You will generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities.
* You will provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
* You will create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions.
* You will achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
* You will open and close the club as per the club roster.
* You will actively participate in member retention programs.
* You will make regular service calls to new and existing members.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A current First Aid & CPR certificate.
* The ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Problem-solving skills and tenacity to achieve individual targets and team goals.
* Outstanding communication abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
