The successful candidate must be able to grow and develop with the planned expansion of the dealer footprint across Brisbane / SE Queensland.The role will involve managing all aspects of the Sales (New Retail, Corporate Fleet, Pre-Owned) department including recruitment and development of the team, setting up processes and systems as well as promoting the new dealership and brand.You will be leading and further developing committed staff as part of the company's pursuit of excellence with a continued focus on delivering outstanding sustainable results that exceed the brand's benchmarks.Ideal candidates must bring passion, presence, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with preference given to those with proven success within the electric vehicle environment.Key Duties Include:Responsibility for achieving targets and budgets set for commercial activitiesBeing a key contributor to all strategic and business planning processes to meet sales objectivesDriving a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation whilst maintaining a high-level customer-centric environmentEnsuring all objectives, strategies, and actions of the plan are implemented, reported on, and achievedWhile not essential, tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline will be an advantage, along with a contemporary approach to retailing utilising the benefits of online channels.The salary package on offer is competitive with guaranteed commissions provided initially.This brand is going places; bring the right experience and design your role, further developing your career in management.
