WE'RE HIRING — CHEF / COOK (BAROSSA VALLEY)
15–38 hours per week
Casual (Could transition to part-time or full-time after 3 month trial period)
Vino Lokal is looking for a chef who loves simple, seasonal cooking and working in a small, supportive kitchen. We're a busy 40-seat venue in Tanunda serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a strong focus on local Barossa produce.
What we're looking for
* Someone who enjoys working in a small, tight team
* Confident with prep and service
* Clean, organised and calm
* Able to work independently but also happy to jump in wherever needed
* A good communicator who brings a positive energy to the kitchen
* Experience is great, but attitude is everything
What you'll be doing
* Cooking a seasonal, changing menu
* Assisting with weekly specials
* Prep, service and keeping the kitchen clean and organised
* Working closely with our head chef and small FOH team
