About the Role We are seeking a motivated and professional Optical Dispenser/Receptionist to join our small, friendly team on a part time basis. The role involves working: 3 days a week: Monday and Thursday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Every second Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Flexibility to cover additional weekday hours during staff leave is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Welcoming patients and ensuring a friendly front-of-house experience. Answering phones, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments. Maintaining accurate patient records and processing orders. Providing personalised support in frame and lens selection, fitting, and advice. About You You are a professional, friendly, and well-presented individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment. You have: Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail, with a preference for optical retail experience (not essential). Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Technical Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Optomate Touch is an advantage (training provided).
