High End Roofing is looking for an experienced Labourer or Tradesman in the Roof Plumbing Industry to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Assist with materials to keep the job moving at a good pace.
* Assist Tradesmen to complete jobs on time.
* Ensure work areas are clean and tidy at all times.
* Set up job site at start‐up and pack up once completed.
* Capable of completing tasks set out during the day.
* Use tools to complete tasks.
* Complete tasks safely at all times.
* Adhere to Safety Processes.
* For tradesmen: install roofing materials to code.
* Assist other workers in daily duties to achieve job completion.
* Maintain strong communication between client and other workers.
* Be approachable to assist workers who may not have the skillset.
* Lead by example.
* Have all tools for profession.
Requirements
* Experience as a roofing labourer.
* Cert 111 in roof plumbing (if tradesman).
* Workings at Heights Certificate.
* White Card.
* Driver's licence required.
* Own vehicle.
* Own tools.
* Honest.
* Reliable.
* Driven.
* Easy to get along with.
* Ability to focus on work while on job.
* A can‐do attitude.
* Willing to learn.

This position will start as casual and can lead to full time if the probation period is completed successfully and the company is satisfied with the skillset.
