About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital BPO Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth in the AnZ market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) landscape, across Enterprise and Vertical services, within the Australian and New Zealand markets. This role requires a seasoned hunter with a proven track record of closing new logo deals and managing renewals. The candidate should be proficient in articulating and presenting the art of the possible with Tech and AI-led modern operations, while also being able to challenge the status quo and present client-centric modern BPO solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead sales efforts and drive new business opportunities within the BPO sector in Australia and New Zealand.Articulate and present the capabilities and advantages of Tech and AI-led modern operations to potential clients.Develop and execute strategies to challenge the status quo, introducing innovative and client-centric BPO solutions.Utilize AI-led problem solving to address client needs and enhance service delivery.Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience in BPO sales within the Australian/New Zealand market.Proven track record of closing new logo deals and managing renewals.Strong knowledge of Tech and AI-led modern operations.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.Experienced in AI-led problem solving and presenting innovative solutions.Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.Skills and Competencies:Strong sales and negotiation skills.Ability to think strategically and challenge the status quo.Proficient in presenting client-centric solutions.Deep understanding of the BPO landscape and market trends in Australia and New Zealand.Exceptional problem-solving abilities, leveraging AI and modern technologies.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
