The role of a diverse learning teacher is to support and guide students with special needs, providing them with equal access to education.
* Support students with diagnosed disabilities or mental health concerns to ensure they can participate fully in the curriculum.
* Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for students and facilitate communication between parents and educators.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective strategies for inclusive teaching practices.
* Keep up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of special education.
Key Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in Education.
* Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
