Overview
Occupational Therapist - Graduate Program 2026. AIM Therapy for Children is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists who are graduates or near graduation to join our multidisciplinary team in Perth (Canning Vale, Joondalup & Wembley).
Responsibilities
* Work within a multidisciplinary team alongside Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists.
* Deliver individual and group therapies from purpose-built clinics, and provide services in homes and schools where children need us.
* Manage a gradually ramping caseload to support your transition.
* Receive weekly supervision and monthly internal professional development meetings.
* Rely on an admin team for bookings and invoicing support.
* Operate with autonomy in community-based work and opportunities to grow into community roles, including potential work-from-home arrangements when ready.
* Collaborate with a supportive and diverse team of experienced clinicians and Clinical Leads.
* Receive salary, superannuation, and performance-based bonuses with flexible hours to suit school schedules and life commitments.
