About the role:
CSR is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Sydney team and play a pivotal role in delivering integrated, customer-focused solutions that align with CSR's broader business strategy.
In this role, you'll be responsible for executing targeted sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying growth opportunities in a rapid-paced and evolving market.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services, while leveraging data and market insights to inform decision-making and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies aligned with CSR's goals and develop action plans to meet targets.
- Manage budgets to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Own and grow a portfolio of accounts using consultative selling techniques.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, building trusted relationships and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions and advocate for customer needs.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and sustainable innovations.
- Use data analytics to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate deals, and drive profitable growth.
