Centre: Goodstart Mackay - Bridge Road
Employment Type: Full-Time 38 hours per week
Pay: up to $36.53 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits
Responsibilities
As a Goodstart Educator, you will be a vital part of the team, working alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs for our children. You will contribute to safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

Centre is conveniently located close to the city, schools, base hospital and airport.
A warm and welcoming 105 place Centre, with a recently upgraded outdoor environment.
Purpose-built early learning centre designed for children from 6 weeks to 5 years.
We incorporate love and respect for our natural environment, and model sustainable practices within the centre.
We value strong connections with our local community with participation in events and activities throughout the year.

You'll Need
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Queensland Working with Children Check
