You'll be the go-to person for both accounts and general administration support — keeping things balanced, organised, and on track behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
Accounts
* Managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
* Maintaining Xero and ensuring everything stays accurate and up to date
* Supporting BAS preparation and liaising with the external accountant
* Preparing monthly financial reports and maintaining the general ledger
Office Administration
* Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries (by phone and email)
* Preparing quotes, purchase orders, and assisting with scheduling
* Ordering office supplies and keeping the office running efficiently
* Providing admin support to the team and maintaining tidy records
About you:
* Bookkeeping or accounting experience (Xero knowledge essential)
* Strong attention to detail — you like things accurate and well organised
* Confident juggling multiple priorities and working independently
* Friendly, professional communicator who enjoys being the go-to person
* Positive, can-do attitude — you take initiative and get things done
* Reliable, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
