An exciting opportunity has become available for an energetic Kitchen Steward, to join our large kitchen team.This could be just the right role for you?
Reporting to the Chief Steward, you will clock up your step count and actively move through the resort, working in the large main production kitchen, multiple outlet kitchens and large conference & event space.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the kitchen, food preparation & scullery areas are a clean and hygienic work environmentClean dishes, utensils and equipmentHandle and use chemicals safelyOperate dishwashing equipment & move catering equipmentLifting of heavy items & dispose of wasteDeep clean kitchens & perform duties to a high standardRoyal Pines is open 24 hours per day, 7 days week.
Our team work a 7 day rotating roster on various shifts, between 5am - 2am, including evenings, weekends & public holidays.
