The Opportunity We are looking for multiple candidates to join a high performing team shaping the future of Medibank’s SAP ecosystem. As an SAP Senior Consultant, in either functional or technical disciplines, you’ll be the trusted advisor driving the design, delivery, and optimisation of SAP solutions across our OSCAR environment. The environment is a collection of ECC SAP Industry Solutions (FS-PM, FS-PRO, FS-CD) and also SAP CRM and UI5.
This is your chance to lead complex solution design, uplift team capability, and ensure our SAP systems continue to enable Medibank’s strategic and operational objectives.
You’ll collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, technical experts, and vendor partners to deliver high quality, integrated SAP outcomes, while championing continuous improvement, stability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of SAP solutions for projects, enhancements and production support.
Translate complex business requirements into high‑quality SAP functional designs and documentation.
Oversee vendor and project design artefacts to ensure quality and alignment to Medibank standards.
Facilitate requirements and design workshops across the business.
Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to internal SAP team members.
Identify and implement continuous improvements to system performance, stability, and processes.
Must haves
Extensive experience as an SAP Functional or Technical Consultant (ABAP, OData and Webservices).
Any experience in either SAP CRM or FS‑PM modules will be viewed strongly. Alternatively, experience in other SAP Industry solutions will help.
Demonstrated experience across full lifecycle complex SAP projects and production support.
Solid understanding of SAP landscapes, configuration, and testing.
Proven ability to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills with strong documentation and requirement gathering capability.
Experience with at least two end‑to‑end SAP implementations across multiple industries.
Strong analytical skills, gap analysis capability, and deep understanding of business processes.
