Position Overview
We are currently seeking an ICT Support Technician to support the development and deployment of our Modular Housing Digital Platform. You will play a key role in building and maintaining the Online Ordering System, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external development partners to deliver a secure, scalable, and customer-friendly digital experience.
This is an ideal role for a tech-savvy individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for modern web technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the development and implementation of the Online Ordering System for modular homes
* Provide technical support for web-based systems and digital tools used in the Modular Housing Platform
* Support backend and frontend development tasks (collaborating with developers or managing external vendors)
* Ensure seamless system integration for user authentication, secure document uploads, and online payments
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the platform
* Assist with data management, user access controls, and platform documentation
* Maintain regular updates, system backups, and ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed
· Provide technical support and assistance across the company in person, remotely and via phone;
· Undertake diagnosis and resolution of technical problems, and identify software and hardware requirements to provide solutions;
· Install and configure appropriate computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners to enhance work efficiency;
· Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
· Ensure effective application and equipment implementation, and computer network implementation;
· Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, design and maintain company's website;
· Maintain, support and repair technical equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, modems, projectors and other technical terminals;
· Assemble, install, examine, test and maintain electronic or computer equipment and devices;
· Research equipment, software or other solutions and recommend improvements;
· Other duties as assigned. We may also assign you other duties, where reasonable for your position, training and experience.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in ICT, Computer Science, or related field
* Experience with one or more web development frameworks, ,, Laravel, etc.)
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Firebase, AWS, Vercel)
* Basic understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or Firestore)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a small team
* Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus
* Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
* Previous experience in real estate, construction tech, or e-commerce platforms
* Exposure to Stripe or other online payment systems
* Knowledge of document management systems or workflow platforms
* Interest in sustainable housing, modular construction, or smart-home technology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 – $81,000.00 per year
