Job Description
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining deep, mutually-beneficial relationships with merchant customers across various industries. Your role will involve partnering with customers to ensure their long-term success and growth, as well as identifying untapped opportunities for business development.
You will connect with key business executives and stakeholders, liaising between customers and internal teams to deliver our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. This position requires a passionate individual who can develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management skills, a strong track record in managing complex account portfolios, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. They will also be experienced in working with data, qualitative research, and financial models to build compelling customer value propositions based on customer needs.
This role is accountable for identifying and driving new business opportunities to profitably grow relationships and maximize value delivered to key merchants. The successful candidate will be able to think outside the box and operate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing matrix environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent relationship management skills and a strong track record in managing complex account portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience working with data, qualitative research, and financial models to build and develop compelling customer value propositions based on customer needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
