You'll step into a growing, in-demand dental clinic that is going through a state of change to get the business more scalable and operating without reliance on the owners.
Reporting to the owners, you'll be responsible for growing this dental clinic with more clients by ensuring appointment books are full, and building and developing the team to achieve the best results, and without the owners' involvement in the day to day running and management.
The clinic is owned by a husband-and-wife team. Until now, the wife has carried the Practice Manager role alongside other responsibilities and is ready to step back from daily operations. This role exists because they know that scaling without the right manager in place will not work and will continue in a loop of hiring and firing.
The business revenue has grown due to a very strong and respected clinical team, but has struggled to get efficient and scale due to high staff turnover, lack of process and no full time manager.
The owners are confident that with a hands-on, supportive, outcome focused Practice Manager, their business will scale faster, with improved margins and a happier, more supported team.
The role will be challenging and demanding.
