* Leading structured finance initiatives for lenders and borrowers
* Ensuring compliance with security enforcement regulations
* Providing transactional services for managed investment schemes
* Leveraging PEXA and electronic conveyancing solutions
* Offering expert advisory services across UCT, PPSA, insolvency, and AML/CTF
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking, finance, or financial services
* Strong drafting and communication skills
* Commercial acumen and ability to stay organized
* Team-focused, approachable, and confident when interacting with clients
