The role
Within our Conciliation and Trader Intervention Branch, the Senior Conciliation Officer resolves complex disputes arising between various parties under relevant consumer protection laws.
* Analysing issues and assisting parties to resolve a dispute.
* Identifying breaches of relevant legislation.
* Undertaking trader intervention activities to correct improper business practices.
* Providing advice and guidance to team members and providing quality customer service.
