The Opportunity & How You Will Make An Impact
Working within the Brand & Clients team, the Marketing Coordinator helps bring content and campaigns to life across social media, website, EDMs and internal channels - from shaping ideas through to seeing them published.
With exposure to both campaign coordination and content delivery, the role offers a well-rounded view of how marketing comes together.
In this role you will work closely with different teams, build strong hands-on experience across digital, content and brand, and play a part in delivering work that's visible across the business and beyond.
You Will
* Draft, edit and coordinate content across internal and external channels
* Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels
* Schedule and publish social content across LinkedIn, Instagram and X
* Support the development and rollout of EDMs
* Coordinate website content including updates to projects, profiles and insights
* Support events, sponsorships and marketing collateral
* Assist with reporting, pulling together insights across key platforms
* Help deliver internal communications and brand-related initiatives
About You
* 2+ years' experience in a marketing or communications role (B2B experience is a plus)
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good feel for tone and brand
* Experience coordinating and publishing content across social media, website and email channels
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Proactive and reliable — you take ownership and keep things moving
* Confident working with different stakeholders and contributing to a collaborative team
* Open to feedback and focused on continuously improving
