Collaboration: Capacity to work closely with classroom teachers, families, allied health professionals, and support staff to create a consistent approach.Behaviour and engagement strategies: Familiarity with trauma-informed practice, PBS (Positive Behaviour Support), and approaches like "Kids Do Well If They Can" (Ross Greene).
Communication supports: Understanding of AAC, visuals, and strategies for supporting expressive/receptive language.Leadership within support: Ability to mentor, coordinate, and upskill colleagues in inclusive practice.Personal care and dignity: Ability to provide respectful support with toileting and hygiene needs, following student care plans, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the student's dignity at all times.About OSGOneSchool Global is one of the world's largest, truly global schools, with over 8000 students, 120+ campuses and 2000 staff operating across 20 countries.
