About the Role
An exciting immediate opportunity exists for a Warehouse Storeperson to join our established team at MCC Brisbane, working afternoon shift Monday to Thursday (2pm – 12am). This role offers a 4‐day work week, giving you more work‐life balance and an extra day off each week while still working full‐time hours. You will support production by managing stock across the warehouse and storage areas and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
Responsibilities
* Receive, inspect and manage incoming materials and stock.
* Locate, store and organise goods within the warehouse and storage areas.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
* Support production by supplying materials as required.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
* Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
* Perform manual handling tasks as required.
* Complete data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
* Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven warehouse experience.
* Current high‐reach forklift licence.
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
* Experience with RF scanning and CERM systems is desirable but not essential.
* IT savvy with the ability to operate basic computer systems.
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills.
* High attention to detail with a solid sense of urgency.
* Excellent commitment to workplace safety.
