Responsibility for internal and external reporting requirements, along with day to day responsibility for the finance functions of the Company.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Cash Flow Management and Bank Reconciliations;
- Monthly General Ledger Reconciliations;
- Monthly preparation of consolidated financial and management accounts, as well as, preparation of year end statutory reports;
- Debtor management;
- GL Journals preparation and input;
- Preparation and lodgement of FBT, BAS and IAS;
- Facilitate the internal and external audits;
- Monthly reporting to Cost Centre Managers;
- Management of Financial Administrator;
- Ad Hoc Financial Analysis and tasks; and
- Participate in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Key Competency Requirements:
- Relevant Degree in Accounting
- CPA or CA qualification
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases, and ERP systems (preferably IFS);
- Understanding and able to apply knowledge of IFRS and Australian Tax legislation;
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail; and
- Good communications skills, both written and oral.
