The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team in the APAC region. Based in Blackburn, you will have the opportunity to pioneer our sales strategy, bringing your energy, passion, and leadership skills to drive sales growth and promote our presence throughout the region.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities within the Dentistry and Medical Specialist markets
- Developing and scaling our sales pipeline to consistently move opportunities from leads to customers
- Utilizing resources across global markets to ensure market penetration
- Working closely with senior leaders to identify, establish, and grow market opportunities
- Providing sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to enable the meeting of agreed targets and promoting our presence throughout the region
- Introducing new ideas, executing sales plans, and encouraging innovation to drive substantial market share growth
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building successful relationships
- Outstanding strategic thinking, external stakeholder management skills, and networking abilities
- A collaborative and motivating leader of others with a strategic and analytical focus
- Ability to define data-driven sales strategies
- Proven track record in demonstrating sales growth through successful sales marketing plans
