About the Role
At "The Alderley," our gaming lounge is the engine room of the business. We aren't looking for someone to sit in the office; we need a leader who is present on the floor, obsessed with the details and dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming and high‐standard environment for every guest.
A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Manager
* Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home.
* Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely and within all the rules.
* Share your gaming know‐how and help your team be the best in the business.
* Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift.
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
* You've been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor or manager.
* You've learned from great managers and are ready to step up.
* You've got the confidence, pride and people skills to be the face of the gaming room.
* You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out.
* You've got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements.
