Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be a key partner in driving the success of our retail recruitment strategy, working closely with business leaders to ensure we attract, select, and onboard the best talent for our retail network. You’ll play an essential role in streamlining and executing our end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that every step, from sourcing to onboarding, is seamless and aligned with our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles, including sourcing, screening, reference checking and making job offers.
