Sales Specialist – HomeGuardian.AI
At HomeGuardian.AI, we provide smart, easy-to-use technology that helps older Australians and people living with disability stay safe, independent, and connected at home. Our solution supports families, carers, and providers with real-time insights and peace of mind.
We're looking for a confident, people-focused Sales Specialist to help bring HomeGuardian.AI to the aged care and NDIS sectors.
In this role, you'll handle warm inbound enquiries from elderly clients, NDIS participants, their families, Occupational Therapists, and care providers. You'll need an exceptional phone manner, the confidence to deliver engaging live product demos, and the ability to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
* Outstanding communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence
* Confidence presenting and demonstrating products live
* Strong relationship-building skills across clients, families, OTs, and care providers
* Solid computer skills and the ability to manage systems efficiently
* Excellent administration and organisational ability
* A proactive, self-driven approach to sales
Nice to have (but not essential):
* Understanding of the Home Support Program or NDIS funding models
