Tweed Day Surgery is looking to employ a Level 2 Registered Nurse for their Scrub/Scout Unit. Suitable applicants with the right clinical background are encouraged to apply.
As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:
* Deliver evidence based nursing care
* Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
* Ensure patient and staff safety
* To deliver excellent patient care
* Work closely with visiting medical officers.
Tweed Day Surgery is a stand-alone facility with 3 operating theatres. Specialising in Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, Urology, Plastics, Orthopaedics, Max Facs, General, ENT and Pain Management. We are situated on the QLD/ NSW border.

Essential Criteria:
* Current Registration with AHPRA
* Perioperative Nursing
* Working with Children check
* Commitment to Quality Patient Care
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Works well independently and within a team
* Basic computer skills
* Minimum 1yr scrub/scout experience
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
