The Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapies Quality Manager will develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System and Framework required to support the efficient and effective operation of the St George Hospital Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapies (BMTCT) Program.
The scope of this role is to develop, implement, maintain and audit all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) as they are applied to clinical practice within the STG BMTCT program of St George Hospital (SGH) Department of Haematology.

Selection Criteria
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management, Information Technology, Health Sciences or biological sciences and/or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
* Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements within health, preferably in the area of stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy.
* Clinical or laboratory‐based experience in clinical cell therapy or stem cell transplantation within the public health system.
* Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders in the development of projects and monitor the achievements of targets within strict timeframes to achieve set outcomes.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and high‐level knowledge and understanding of drivers for quality improvement and staff performance enhancement, and lead change.
* Demonstrated high level analytical and problem‐solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to meet workplace needs.
* Demonstrated knowledge of risk management, quality processes and audit systems, data analysis and complex report writing skills.
* Demonstrated ability to provide input, interpret, monitor, and evaluate policies, procedures and standards.
