Job Title: Project Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Projects Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting both general administrative functions and project-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* General Administration:
o Data entry and database maintenance.
o Manage incoming calls and provide administrative support.
o Assist with general office duties as required.
* Project Administration:
o Set up new projects in internal systems.
o Ensure all project contracts are received, reviewed, and processed correctly.
o Coordinate compliance documentation, including staff inductions and Working With Children Checks.
o Liaise with site staff to gather required documentation and information.
o Monitor and ensure completion of site documentation.
* Quality Assurance (QA):
o Coordinate and manage QA documentation for all jobs.
o Complete relevant forms and checklists, including ITPs for site works.
* Project Support:
o Provide administrative support to the Production Manager and Site Manager.
o Assist with project planning, documentation, and communication.
* Communication & Tools:
o Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, including inbox management and calendar scheduling.
o Maintain effective communication with key project contacts.
