Based in Lidcombe, NSW, you'll be part of a dedicated group of professionals providing essential speech and language therapy services to the local community. What you'll be doing
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify individual client needs
* Design and implement tailored intervention plans to help clients achieve their communication goals
* Work closely with clients, families and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care
* Maintain detailed client records and contribute to the continual improvement of therapy processes
* Participate in team meetings and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
What we're looking for
* Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
* Registered or eligible for registration with the Speech Pathology Australia
* Ideally, minimum 2 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist, in a paediatric or community-based setting. New graduates are also welcome to apply.
* Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with a client-centred approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Proactive, organised and committed to continuous learning and professional development
