Hourly Rate (Full time Educator): $28.28 – $34.83 per hour
Hourly Rate (Casual Educator): $35.35 – $43.54 per hour (includes casual loading)
Overview

Responsibilities
- Create safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environments for children.
- Implement play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care and education.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of compliance and child safety.
What You’ll Need
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.
- Availability to work a range of shifts (for casuals, flexibility for short-notice shifts is highly valued).
