Role: Educator – Full‐time, 38 hours per week, located at Goodstart Brinsmead, Brinsmead, Cairns Region QLD 4870.
Pay: Up to $38.10 per hour + superannuation + benefits.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programmes.
* Ensure every child feels safe, included, and valued in their learning experiences.
* Support children from birth to six years old across morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea times.
* Collaborate with a multicultural team to share critical reflection and support all stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current QLD Working with Children Check.

About Goodstart Brinsmead
We are a 75‐place centre featuring three spacious yards and five fully air‐conditioned rooms, catering to children from birth to six years old. We provide morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea, accommodating all dietary requirements, including allergies. Our centre director, Zoe, has been with us for over 20 years and some Educators were once children at our centre.
