About The Role
Join SunRice - one of Australia's most iconic and trusted food brands - and help shape the future of our Woolworths portfolio. We're appointing two National Account Managers: one to lead Bakery, Desserts, Soup & Ready Meals, a high‐visibility growth engine; and one to steward Pickled Veg & Condiments, a diverse, detail‐rich portfolio.
Reporting to the National Business Manager, you'll own the end‐to‐end customer relationship, driving sales, profitability and market share while partnering cross‐functionally to deliver category growth, NPD launches and integrated promotional plans. What You'll Do
* Deliver against sales, profit and share targets for the Woolworths account.
* Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts at SKU level.
* Analyse performance metrics and provide insights to the National Business Manager.
* Track promotional activity, trade spend and ROI, providing timely reporting.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Woolworths Category and Assistant Category Managers.
* Collaborate with NPD, Marketing, Finance, Category, Insights and Field teams.
* Ensure successful ranging and execution of all SunRice NPD within Woolworths.
* Integrate marketing activities and ensure promotions are optimised for success.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring commercial acumen, FMCG agility and a genuine strength for building strategic customer partnerships.
* 2–3 years' FMCG account management experience, ideally as a NAM.
* Strong understanding of Woolworths or Coles and how to make things happen fast.
* Proven P&L ownership with results across Volume, NSV, GP and Trade Spend.
* A collaborative partner who builds trusted, influential relationships.
* Highly organised with excellent account hygiene and the agility to pivot in a fast‐moving market.
* Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and problem‐solving skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office; exposure to SAP, BI tools and customer portals is a bonus.
* Tertiary qualifications in business or commerce desirable.
