Kitchen Hand/Steward – Immediate Start Available
We are seeking a fit & reliable kitchen steward to support our commercial production kitchen team based in Southport.
Position: Casual – 20hr to 30hr per week, 8am–6pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Clean food prep areas, dishes, equipment, and floors
* Follow hygiene and safety procedures, including correct PPE use
* Dispose of rubbish properly
* Assist chefs with daily tasks
Qualifications
* Experience in a commercial kitchen or food production (preferred)
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene (preferred)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
* Good communication and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
