Opportunity for a Clinical Leader in Aged Care

Our Team Requirements
We're seeking an experienced, motivated practitioner ready to lead clinical initiatives. Ideally, you will have:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within health or aged care
* Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* A proven track record of leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
* Strength in relationship-building
* A sound understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) and its application in aged care settings
* Familiarity with Department of Health regulations related to residential aged care services
* Current AHPRA registration in good standing

Job Responsibilities
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aged care by:
* Reducing avoidable hospital admissions through early intervention and comprehensive care
* Prescribing medications and providing specialist referrals as part of holistic, resident-focused treatment plans
* Supporting wellness initiatives
* Leading clinical research by collecting, analysing, and interpreting wellbeing program data
* Contributing to policy development and shaping best-practice care models within the aged care sector
