Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Online Solutions Specialist to lead the development, administration, and integration of SharePoint/SharePoint Online environments within our organization. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing SharePoint solutions, including workflows and site architecture, to support our collaboration and business process needs. This role requires a practical, solutions‐oriented approach, with the ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring that deliverables meet organisational requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement SharePoint Online solutions, including site creation, custom objects, and robust workflows.
* Administer core SharePoint Online features such as search, shared metadata, site collections, and permissions to ensure secure and efficient operation.
* Develop and maintain workflows using tools that integrate with SharePoint Online, utilizing platforms such as Nintex, SPFx, or React.
* Utilise PowerShell scripting and JSON to automate tasks, configure environments, and enhance SharePoint functionality.
* Provide administration and support services for SharePoint Online and related collaboration tools, including OneDrive for Business, Teams, Skype for Business, and Outlook.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage collaboration technologies effectively, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
* Monitor and manage SharePoint environments to optimise performance, security, and compliance.
* Work closely with project teams to deliver practical, workable solutions that meet organisational needs.
* Stay current with the latest SharePoint Online features and best practices, applying them to improve existing solutions.

Mandatory Evaluation Criteria

* Have at least three years of experience developing SharePoint / SharePoint Online solutions.
* Possess a minimum of two years of experience working with workflow solutions that integrate with SharePoint Online.
* Demonstrate experience with PowerShell scripting and JSON.
* Show expertise in creating sites and other SharePoint Online objects that are secure, modern, and well‐structured.
* Have experience administering key SharePoint Online features like search, shared metadata, and site collections.
* Provide SharePoint Online administration services and support for related collaboration technologies.
* Possess knowledge of related tools such as OneDrive for Business, Teams, Skype for Business, and Outlook, to enhance overall collaboration.
* Experience with Nintex, SPFx, or React is highly desirable.
