Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

LB Minerals is part of the Lasselsberger Group, a leading family-owned company with decades of expertise in high-quality mineral solutions. We are driving innovation through the Deep White Project near Meckering, WA – a world-class kaolin operation set to start implementation soon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement and enforce the company's Health and Safety management regime to achieve zero incidents' objectives in compliance with mining regulations.
* Lead a multi-disciplinary construction team onsite consisting of supervisors, engineers, safety personnel, QC and subcontractors.
* Manage all aspects of construction works, civil works, infrastructure, and utilities required for the successful execution of the project.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
* Proven experience of 15+ years as a Construction Manager or Project Manager in large-scale industrial or mining projects.
