Main Responsibilities:
1. Yard, Inventory & Stock Management
Conduct pipe inspection and preparation, including cleaning, onshore preparation, and the return process.
Facilitate and conduct regular stock counts and implement effective inventory management, addressing inaccuracies promptly.
Verify tube inventory by tracking movements in the system, identifying deviations, and performing inventory reconciliation.
Maintain yard stock to meet Quality Management requirements, with attention to organization, safe storage, and accurate accounting of stock levels.
Monitor customer stock levels, perform physical checks at ports and warehouses, and consolidate information with the service base.
Report all stock movements, release notes, and inbound shipments accurately and in a timely manner to Account Managers.
List and detail all materials (pipe and tools) needed for customer operations and share with the service base to support the shipping plan.
Request tools and materials in advance, considering customer needs to avoid process delays.
2. Logistics & Material Handling
Plan and execute the loading and unloading of associated goods.
Analyze the loading/unloading program, verifying priorities to optimize time and resources.
Prepare and issue operative documents to allow the loading/unloading of resources at the rig.
Support return activity after customer operation through information sharing with the service base.
3. Third-Party & Service Provider Management
Assist in managing third-party companies and service providers required to carry out operations, ensuring they adhere to customer and quality requirements.
Implement plans and engage with a selection of service providers.
Ensure that internal teams and service providers meet required quality standards.
4. Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)
Take ownership of QHSE compliance for the entire facility.
Maintain the yard in a safe and environmentally sound manner to meet relevant legislation and regulations.
Ensure compliance with safety registers and prepare incident reports in liaison with relevant parties.
Conduct and record safety observations to ensure continuous improvement.
Report quality and process deviations/faults to Supervisors or Management as required.
5. Equipment & Maintenance
Action maintenance-related matters for plant and equipment.
Plan and execute maintenance activities for inventory.
Maintain loaders/forklifts to ensure safe working requirements are met.
6. Invoice Management & Control
Manage the invoicing process by assisting customers during the issuance of documents (invoices, debit/credit notes), providing correct information, and revising the invoice flow.
Issue relevant controls and reports for each invoicing operation.
Verify the material register in applicable systems.
Requirements:
* Qualification in relevant area of study is favourable but not mandatory.
* Experience working in oil and gas industry, service yards, a QAQC related role or with OCTG is advantageous.
* Good team player, proactive, eager to learn, result oriented, resilience and always curious for improvement.
* Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications.
