Job Opportunity: Project Manager in Adelaide
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across a major SAP program. The role involves being the single point of contact, managing budgets, risks, changes, and cross-domain design inputs. Experience with Agile, PMP, and SAP Activate methodology is highly regarded.
Core Duties:
Serve as a single point of contact: Coordinate daily activities from Wipro.
Solution Architecture and Design: Ensure alignment with functional requirements and internal guidelines, coordinating design inputs across domains.
Manage Action Items: Identify, prioritize, assign, monitor, and control action items throughout all project phases.
Manage Budget: Update actual costs, compare against the planned budget, and define actions for variances.
Manage Change Requests: Facilitate change control decisions related to client contracts and project deliverables.
Manage Decisions: Handle daily project decisions and evaluate formal decisions impacting project outcomes.
Manage Issues: Identify, prioritize, monitor, and close issues throughout the project.
Manage Project Staff: Oversee changes to the project team as they come on and off the project.
Manage Project Status: Generate metrics, deliver status updates, and provide guidance to the project team.
Manage Risks: Implement strategies to avoid, mitigate, or minimize risks.
Manage Work Plan: Track progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology: Essential for this role.
Additional Details:
Location: Adelaide, with 2-3 days in the client office.
Immediate start, 6-month contract.
