Job Description

* Assisting in the design and implementation of cutting-edge HR solutions and operational change programs.
* Being a champion for change, advocating for our transformational processes to employees and managers.
* Collaborating with our Senior HR Business Partners to craft new Position Descriptions and job evaluation processes, ensuring our team is set up for success.
* Supporting our annual salary survey reviews and job matching processes to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
* Playing a key role in our talent and succession planning, helping to nurture and develop our top talent.
* Providing guidance and support to line managers on employee development plans.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in human resource management, or a related field.
* Previous experience in HR operations, coordination, or advisory, including exposure to performance and succession planning cycle and job evaluation.
* Impeccable ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Comfortable and experienced working across the full employee lifecycle.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Knowledge of Australian employment law.
* Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
