About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a site-based Administrator to join our Infrastructure Services team based on the Sunshine Coast at our Aura Project site. This role can be full-time, part-time or casual.
Working closely with Project Management, your key responsibilities will include;
* File electronic and hard copy documents in an efficient and organised manner
* Ensure database and registers are maintained accurately
* Compliance with our processes and suggesting improvements where possible
* Develop reports, communications and maintain project documentation
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
* Assisting project managers with cost control, maintenance and quoting
* Participating in project reviews, producing reports and interpreting financial information to support project management decisions on a weekly and monthly basis
* Ad Hoc tasks as required

* You will be an experienced, tenacious Administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
* Extensive experience providing timely and accurate administration support
* Bluebeam experience highly regarded
* High level organisational and planning skills, as well as a keen eye for detail
* Construction background highly regarded
* Ability to work under direction and autonomously
* Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word expected
