Responsibilities
* Operate, lead and inspire: supervise and mentor one of Australia's largest teams of building surveyors working across TDD, acquisition reports, make good, and Capex/Maintenance forecasting from a consultancy perspective across all asset classes.
* Drive growth: be responsible for the P&L, support business development initiatives for new and existing clients, contribute to revenue growth, and identify opportunities for expansion.
* Champion excellence: conduct performance reviews and drive succession planning to build a strong, future-ready team.
* National team collaboration: collaborate with the broader national team (regional and interstate travel involved) servicing Australia's best client pool.
