We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Public Sector team and take ownership of an established temp recruitment desk. You’ll recruit technical and administrative roles within local and state government, partnering with organisations that value quality, reliability and results. Aspect is a preferred recruiter to member organisations of the Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV), Procurement Australia and Comensura across Victoria, and a Tier 2 provider on the Victorian State Government Staffing Services Panel – giving you access to a network of clients and a diverse range of roles to work on. The desk has a strong foundation and plenty of room to grow – you’ll inherit existing relationships, but also have the opportunity to make it your own. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of temporary roles where things move quickly, and attention to detail is key. This role is suited to a consultant ready to take the next step in their career. About You You’re a capable, confident recruiter with experience running a temp or fast-paced desk end-to-end.
