Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled and friendly FOH/Customer Service Representative to join our team As a FOH, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant .
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve specialty drinks to our high standards
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive team environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple orders and customers simultaneously
* Knowledge of cocktail/mocktail preparation and presentation techniques
* Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
