Your Role

• Manage a well-maintained, low-maintenance Eastern Suburbs portfolio
• Build and nurture strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with reliable, established trades
• Manage rental arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews proactively
• Handle bond claims and NCAT preparation only when required
• Deliver clear, confident advice to landlords with minimal escalation

About You
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
• Strong organisation and time management skills
