You’ll collaborate with our digital marketing team and design and development teams to align strategies and deliver measurable results. Our approach is to aim for continuous improvement, so you’ll need strong analytical skills and a data centric way of working to succeed in the role.Key Responsibilities (What you’ll actually be doing)Develop, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns to drive business growth across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, management, and reporting.Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on the data to maximise ROI.Ensure marketing strategies align with our client’s goals and work with our team to get the best outcomes from a budget and effort perspective.Build and present detailed performance reports using tools like Google Looker Studio or similar.Use tools like Google Tag Manager to setup detailed event tracking across Google and Meta. Required Skills (The basics of what you can do)Extensive experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including campaign setup, management, and optimisation.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions to optimise campaign performance.Proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Looker Studio.Experience with conversion tracking and optimisation tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Manager.Familiarity with SEO principles and their role in performance marketing strategies.It would be great if you also have skills in (but otherwise we’ll teach you)Experience in A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and UI/UX principles.Familiarity with email marketing and cross-channel marketing.What you’ll getA flexible work setup and great culture.Real say in how campaigns can work and are executed.Opportunities for professional growth and development plus a diverse set of clients to challenge your skillset.A role that evolves with your skills and ambition.A team that values ideas, initiative and accountability.Applications open until 12th May 2025.
