The organisation is medium-sized, committed to delivering high-quality services and maintaining compliance with industry standards.Job DescriptionMaintain and manage information systems to ensure compliance with records management standards.Provide support and advice on document control and records management practices.Assist in the development and implementation of information management policies and procedures.Coordinate the classification, storage, and retrieval of organisational records.Ensure data integrity and confidentiality is upheld across all information systems.Support staff in adopting best practices for information management.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.Assist with training programs related to records and information management.The Successful ApplicantRelevant qualifications in records or information management or a related field, with experience working with FOI processes.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and proficiency in electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS) are required.
