About the Role
This role involves working closely with supported employees to ensure they feel valued and empowered in their work. You will be responsible for supervising employees, supporting their learning and development, ensuring safe work practices, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and work with supported employees in gardening and grounds work, including mowing, pruning, weeding, whipper snipping, planting, and leaf blowing.
* Support employees in learning and developing skills that enable them to pursue their goals and aspirations.
* Ensure safe work practices, including the operation of equipment.
* Maintain accurate records on attendance, job sheets, and machine maintenance.

* Happy to work in the great outdoors doing physical work.
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
* A passion for providing guidance and motivation and getting the best out of people.
* Sound knowledge of health and safety practices.
* Current Western Australian license essential - LR license highly regarded.
* Being handy with tools, and having a horticulture, landscaping, gardening or trade background is considered beneficial, but not essential.
