We're on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Client Executive to join our dynamic team of four Brokers, managing diverse portfolios of Commercial and Retail accounts.

As a key member of the team, you'll play an important role in supporting Brokers to maintain and grow a profitable client base while delivering seamless, compliant, and high-quality service. The Client Executive is responsible for coordinating risk placements, managing documentation, and overseeing the policy lifecycle from inception to renewal. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and market representatives, while also supporting business development through program design and opportunity identification.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

* Co-ordinate placement of risks, including production of documentation to assist placement and maintenance throughout the risk life cycle (underwriting submissions, market reform contracts, wordings, endorsements)
* Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and ability to communicate this to various audiences (Insureds, Retailers, Wholesalers, Internal and Underwriters)
* Ensure accounts are serviced efficiently and professionally
* Creation of quotation slips and Underwriter submissions; preparation of endorsements;
* Maintains the certificate of currency per policy
* Monitors and maintains renewal workflow and operates a paperless filing system
* Works with Client Manager to identify and qualify opportunities for business development
* Assists in design of complex program structures
* Ensures excellent service and compliance using meticulous checking and organisation
* Processes all transactions within ibais, issues invoices to clients and closings to underwriter in a timely manner
* Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of regulatory requirements
* Supports interaction and collaboration with other divisional units
* Builds relationships with clients via e-mail, telephone and face-to-face dealing with Client, Underwriter and Market Representative queries
* Maintains CPD points as per company policy
* Adhere to company and regulatory policies, procedures together with mandatory training requirements
* Adhere to financial reporting requirements, including updates to forecasts as required.

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to plan meticulously

Qualifications & Education

* Essential Tier 1 qualifications (AU).
* 2+ years Insurance experience essential
