Job Description As a Product Engineer at EVSE Australia, you will contribute to the development, testing, and support of our EV charging hardware and software solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with customer and supplier interactions, and help support the reliability of our products. YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Third‑Party Hardware Support Support and maintain hardware from third‑party suppliers across the public EVSE charging network. Partner with the Technical Network Director, suppliers, and internal teams to improve network uptime and reliability. Product Improvement Work with internal product and engineering teams to test, validate, and improve hardware and software solutions. Support testing of new products and updates, working with suppliers to identify issues and confirm product integrity. Project & Engineering Support Assist with remote commissioning of EV chargers, load control systems, and communication configurations. Provide technical support to project teams across deployment, engineering, and implementation activities. Communications Technologies Test and help improve 4G and network communication systems used by EV charging products. Support projects requiring complex building internet and networking solutions aligned to project scope.
